Can someone give me a breif summary of Empirio Criticism. And its relation to Marxism.

I suggest that you read the book "materialism and empiriocriticism" in order to find out.

I think that according to emporocriticism, philosophy's main aim is to understand the world with the help of experience.(I haven't read the whole book,so I'm not sure!)

That book is a response to reactionary philosophy so it doesnt fully go into the topic.
