What does the director explain? I haven't seen it in a while, but I though it was pretty good. Scary how Keanu's character couldn't escape his father's grasp though.

With every single scene explained why he did that and why..... hmmm... this includes

how he uses the camera to elucidate the thesis of various scenes,
explaining what the character(s) was thinking at that moment during the film,
how he wanted the actor to act in some particular scene,
he also said something very special about the ending of the film..... ;)

...stuffs like that.

In my opinion, with all his explanations, you can acquire some knwoledge in how to direct a film.

I like some quotes on the film like this one:

"Let me give you a little inside information about God. God likes to watch. He's a prankster. Think about it. He gives man instincts. He gives you this extraordinary gift, and then what does He do, I swear for His own amusement, his own private, cosmic gag reel, He sets the rules in opposition. It's the goof of all time. Look but don't touch. Touch, but don't taste. Taste, don't swallow. Ahaha. And while you're jumpin' from one foot to the next, what is he doing? He's laughin' His sick, fuckin' ass off. He's a tight-ass. He's a sadist. He's an absentee landlord. Worship that? Never."

That movie is a great one. There are some quotes i love in that movie too. Check'em out: :)

"You sharpen the human appetite to the point where it can split atoms with its desire; you build egos the size of cathedrals; fiber-optically connect the world to every eager impulse; grease even the dullest dreams with these dollar-green, gold-plated fantasies, until every human becomes an aspiring emperor, becomes his own God... and where can you go from there?"

and this one...........

"Fallen, fallen, is Babylon the great. It has become a dwelling place of demons." Revelation 18. Wouldn't hurt you to look it over."

The movie is patently tripe apart from Keanu practising his "woah" face and Pacino perfecting his "hoo-hah" as Satan.
