Could anyone provide any information ( pics would be great) of a Col Peter Maynard of te british Army. His last posting was I believe was as OC of the Special Projects Division of the MOD. Maynard was person was assembled and primed the bombs used in the Dublin & Monaghan Bombings of 17th May 1974. Any help anyone could give me would of course be great and treated with the utmost confidence ;)
