Ok, is she communist? Or if she is not, is her philosiphy threating to communinsm? Not nessecarily Marxist communism but the modern communism? From what I have read, her books have countered everything I believe about communism. She has a counter-point for every reason I am communist. So, I need some help here. Prove her wrong.

He was being sarcastic, rand is a pseudo-philosopher whose cult (called "Objectivism") supports nonconformism, insatiable greed, and capitalism. No communist should like her.

I read one of her books, she said: "Communists believe that the individual should live and die for the state."

That's one of those bullshit definitions, I really wonder if she really know anything about the real ideas of communism.

No, Ayn Rand is not a communist.
No, ther philosophy is not threat to communism.
If her books have countered everything you believed about communism, then i guess that you did not know much about communism, cause Ayn Rand dont counter anything about communism.
And what "counter-points" does she got against being communist? I have read her, and it was the worst bullshit I have read in a long time. There is alot of more inresting liberal philosophers then Rand, and many with much stronger arguments then her. I cant really understand the Rand-hype, she have not really written anything that has to do with reality.

By the way, if you have read Ayn Rand you shoul not need to ask if she is a communist. I fear that you are some fool ojectivist trying to sneak in some Rand-propaganda here.

Ayn Rand is not unlike the authors of the bible, she wrote fiction and nothing more. Not even terribly good fiction either. Her work is dry and pompous at the same time, I don't know how she can achieve it, but she does.

Her main excuse for supporting the barbaric parctices of capitalism is that people should be free to acquire personal wealth.
