I don't think it is real. Not even George Dubuya Bush is that stupid to have people write something like that for him. I think it was written as a kind of serious-joke. It is funny and idiotic, but it also shows the truth of George Bush's feelings and the reality of the Westernization of the Afghan people after their take over by the West.
