I know this is a movie that stands for everything that we fight against, but this broadway act is fucking funny. It is about two capitalists who make a neo-nazi broadway show to get rich quick. This show is hilarious.

how does it stand against everything we stand for? I love this movie many times I have sang "Springtime for Hitler" outloud I cant wait for the musical movie next year. All because they produced a pro hitler play didnt mean they supported nazism.

I saw this play at the Pantegas theatre in Hollywood last year. It was my first play and it was great.

It wasn't a pro Hitler play though. Even though Mr.Bialyastock did buy it off a Nazi. He was only trying to produce a flop so they would make lots of money somehow (I don't remember how that was supposed to work), but it turned out to be a hit and then him and Martin Short ( I forget what his name is in the play) get taken to court and he ends up with a hot foriegn girl and mr.Bialystock gets sent to prison. See, I still remember a little, but it was long, what do you want.

My favorite part was when they had the giant revolving swastika. Neat-o.

I've always thought this movie would have been so much better if it were just the entire "Springtime For Hitler" show, and no backstory.

The movie was one of the most briliant thinsg Mel Brooks ever did right up there with Blazing Saddles, History of the World, and Young Frankenstein.
