Faceless resistance is a term that comes from the marxist group "Kammunist Kranti" in India, they describe faceless resistance as "the small and hidden resistance against wage labour has been depicted as termites that slowly gnaw through the foundations that capitalism relies on."

A struggle that to long has beein overlooked by almost all communist groups.

"The conflict between proletariat and capital is in all workplaces, whether it is a restaurant or a factory, a small or a big company, owned privately or state controlled. As long there is wage labour there will be capital, and, as long there is capital there will be resistance to it. This resistance, the class struggle, not only shows itself in dramatic forms of resistance like strikes, occupations and riots, but also in the small escape attempts from work and the hidden struggles directed against value like theft, sabotage and work to rule."

I would also love to hear storys about your work place, and struggles (open as hidden) that are being fought by the workers, and how the capitalist responds on your struggle, and how you are doing to fend of the capitalist counterstrike, etc.

So, please, tell me about your personal experience on your workplace.
It might sound as of no great importance to you, but remenber that its not only big strikes and demonstrations that is important. The everyday struggle is just as important, and we need to learn of eachother, and exchange personal experiences in order to be victorious in our struggle. Big changes never comes like lightning out of open sky, it always begins in the small everyday struggles.

Questions to working Che-lives members:

1: In what ways are the workers on your workplace divided, that prevents a common struggle?

2: How could you overcome this, for an increased solidarity and collective spirit, that reduces your dependence from the company management, their view and control?

3: What kinds of myths, delusion and opinion is there among the workers that makes them accept their situation and not taking part in the struggle for their rights, in any higher degree.

4: How can these myths and delusions be scattered?

5: In which areas does it exist struggle? Open or hidden?

6: Which areas of struggle could constitute offensive part goals that unites, radicalizes or move forth the possitions of the worker collective on the working place?

7: Which methods/strategy could you use to drive forth the change that is needed to achieve your part goal? How could these methods - tactics - be used to achieve the greatest possible impact without exposing yourselfs for the counter strike of the capitalist?

8: With what methods and trough which channels can you take and give - communicate - personal experiences about struggle within the branch, so that the struggle could spread, strenghten and live on?

9: Which rationalizations and reorganizations is it possible that the management will try to make, in order to force back your possitions, take more control over the work process and squeeze out more work out of you without increasing the wage correspondingly?
