No, it's not a good idea. Good snipers don't shoot from rooftops. It's where almost everyone who are not experiened or properly trained shoot from. It's the first place where those who want to counter snipers look. A dark place that is not visible and usually not used or prefered by snipers is the best choice. Make sure your cloths match the color of the background.

If you are going to start a guerilla war, you have to have a motive. Every struggle has a political or religous motive. If you want to "fuck the establishment" and create chaos, you might as well throw rocks at the police.

If you are serious about it, start in South America. If you want to create a movement, start there. You don't need many to start. 10 or 12 is enough. If you are not serious, I have no advice for you. I don't know why I am writing this...

Well I guess it depends on how one views police as a whole. If you look as them just people doing a job then it would seem wrong to go around shooting random people dressed in a uniform. However if he views them as a tool of social control and protectors of property and their relation to those that own no property, and the question of when do those who punish get punished, it is a diffrent story.

Now, if you are going to downplay "pigs", fine. But don't complain about high crime rates.

Now, I'm not going to whitewash it. Blacks do many times get treated unfairly by the judical system and cops in general. But many people in prison deserve to be in prison(with the exception of drug offenders). If you go out, join a gang, and mug some kid, you deserve what you get. Well first off, the article itself is pretty bullshitty. This portion:

The answer isn't more cops, it's a better education system and having more jobs available so people do not have to see drugs and get involved with gangs. They have this bloated police system that goes out and busts people for little amounts of drugs. Now, they say that it only results in probation for a few but what happens when the person who has a previous history gets busted, what happens to those who are on probation already? You are getting your ass sent to prison.

The most obvious answer for the gang is that it is similar to the family unit, they protect one another and sometimes kill for each other. With all those busts a couple of fathers are going to jail, a couple of kids will grow out with a dad or brother and look for that somewhere else. And gangs grow and the violence grows. It's not that hard to see the connection.

So you have Operation Gunstop, so people just get stabbed. Are you gonna have Operation Knifestop? The violence is not the issue, you can take away all the guns and people will still die. You have to strike at the root of the problem and that is poverty and the feeling of hopelessness, and you cannot fix that with more police or more drug raids that send people to prison and come back with the same attitude that they had before. Drugs are not the issue, if you are selling drugs to people who live in poverty like you do, if they are slumming around with no job or education and you are selling them crack or some other drug, taking their money away from them, you are killing your own people and you are a fool if you cannot see this. Why are there so many drugs? Because there is no rehab! Instead they get more police to come in a "randomly" search your home for drugs that they know they are going to find.

I have no job, I'm not going to school, I live in destitute poverty, my mother was shot last week, I may as well smoke some crack! What else have I got to lose? Send me to jail, at least I know I will get a meal everyday, I can also get drugs.

And if you say that you cannot cry that you are black, image 800 shooting being done in a area that is not Detroit, an area that is not the same demographic that it is set in. The point is that you have these many shootings because of the color of these peoples skin. They live in a ghetto because that?s the way it has been for over 50 years, probably more. You had the race riots of 1943 in Detroit, you had another riot in 1967, was anything changed after those to look back and see why they happened? NO, of course not. It happened, they said wow those are some angry Negroes and moved on and it has been the same ever since.

Cry me a decent response. If you think that what I said was that everyone from the ghetto was a criminal you have zero reading comprehension. To a lot of people it just seems that most from the ghetto are muggers and drug dealers because that is the side that is most portrayed. That is not the way I am portraying it, the other side of the coin, those who can make it out of the ghetto, is another story which I am not getting into.

And there is a difference between those raised in the ghetto and those who are still in it.

as far as killing PIGS......i would only snipe those
who are known to terrorize the black community....
everyone knows who the crooked cops are in the neighboorhood.....
there are plenty of GOOD police officers who are
honestly trying to serve and protect the people.....
the police are killing innocent people every day.....
and we all have a GOd given right to kill those
who oppress us.....regardless of the law.....
i have much greater aspirations than just sniping
crooked PIGs....however in New York City especially
you could problably snipe 100 PIGS on 100 different
nights and problably get away with it if you have the
Gangs and the People behind you.....because New York
is so populated...........so it would be very easy
and could done by just one man.....and if these
crooked PIGS started turning up dead in NYC im quite
sure the police would think twice about selling drugs
or abusing citizens or any other crooked thing a police
officer can do..........personally in my cipher i am
always thinking about how i can overthrow the US government.....
in my opinion you would have to do mass recruiting within
the US military so that when the time is right the Military
turns against the government....most people joined the army
because of economic or social conditions anyways so it wouldn't
be too far fetched to tell them the government is not their friend....
furthermore....someone would have to play the role of Malcolm X
and go around the world.......gather up soldiers and firepower......
you could problably get a billion soldiers.....nobody likes the
US government....it wouldn't be hard.....
so if possible phase one would be to liquidate the military.....
if you could pull this off.......who else would the US government
have to protect them????? the police....yeah right...

phase two would be an invasion in the south.....problably
