It's an opinion piece by a Venezuelan lawyer. Those types are mostly heavy opposition supporters, so this tells us nothing we don't already know: that the Venezuelan opposition is crying fraud.

Ironic that he concludes by saying: "It is an election where a choice of society is being made, and where one side is prepared to use any method to remain in power, even elections if it is assured of "winning" them."

Venezuela's traditionally ruling parties have indeed shown it's prepared to use any method to retain their traditional power, including organizing a coup and bringing in Colombian paramilitaries, and probably including writing dishonest opinion pieces. There's little reason to give this any special weight.
