Im glad you asked, Chino. I think what is great about Ché Guevara was how he spent his life going all over and spreading the revolution. Ché was not some idolized figure in a propaganda painting but a regular man just like the many of the world and that gives us hope that we can do it. This is what atracts me to Ché Guevara. The man on the shirt is a symbol of hope for the worlds workers and opressed.

He was a great guy. He stands for not only hope, but heroism, altruism, and he was a beautiful man (speaking of his personality) who dedicated his life to help the poor.
Here are some of the episodes in Che's daily life.
Che's close friend in the department of industry, was Orlando Borrego. He hold responsibility for sugar production, and on one of his trips around Cuba, Borrego found a Jaguar, and he seized the car, and claimed it as his own. When Che a week later met Borrego in his garage, and discovered the Jaguar, he became furious, and ordered him to give up the car.
Che practiced the same disiplin on hiw own family. When one of his childs got sick, he's wife, Aleida, asked to borrow his car, Che refused. The car was on the disposal of the Cuban government, and could not be used because of private purpose, but Aleida could take the bus to the hospital like everyone else.
In 1960, he became the director of the national bank, besides working as the industrial minister. That would actually give him a salary on 2000 $, but he refused to accept that payment, and kept on his ordinary wage on 250 $ as commandante.
In the meantime, he had the advantage that a Cuban party bureaucracy was developed. He became furious if he found out, that his wife received extra remedy, because he was Ernesto Che Guevara.
There is of course the famous joke that happened at a meeting where it was asked whether there was en economist present, and Guevara thought he heard the word communist and raised his hand, and was then made president of the Cuban national bank.
