Saw this odd picture on Collegehumor, it appears to be a t-shirt of Che Guevara worn by Robin Williams...I had no idea.

yea, im sure he dosnt have a clue who he is.
I saw someone wearing a Che T-shirt once and i asked him "do you actually know anything about that man" and he replied "Yea he was a great singer", I educated him and sent him on his way.

It looks more like a Planet of the Apes-style face replacing Che's.
I could be wrong, and it could just be the way I'm seeing it. It isn't very clear.
Something like this.

You know,I see people wearing Che t-shirts everywhere!!And i'm sure none of them knows who Che was.Maybe they know he was a revolutionary, but if you start saying things about communism, they won't believe you!I don't have a Che shirt, because it really has no meaning!Nowadays Che is too commercial!

Its not just che shirts, there are CCCP ones, hammer and sickle and red star ones.
sometimes worn by people you know have no intrest in politics at all. i guess its become commercial and hip, like how solviet style art is used i advertising sometimes.

I have a Che shirt, but unlike most, I actually know who he was and what he's done. Whenever someone asks me about him, I educate them. Sometimes the best way to get people to ask questions about revolutionaries and ideals, is to wear something that advocates such things.

Rage Against the Machine used him on a cover didn't they? That would probably lead to some confusion to people uneducated in politics.

Are you saying an album cover? I guess not. I think what you are talking about is the che face on their drums...I forgot actually where but it is in one of their instruments.

Firstly, they had a Che shirt based on a single of their's:

I think they had some on Brad Wilks drums too. Where did they have the red star with the black background though?

Sorry, I just meant the red star with a black background that was on one of thier instruments. Wait... I think it was on the drums! The Che pic was on some speakers or one of those amp-type things Morello has.
Well, I dunno really.

I think people wear the ape/skeleton-looking Che t-shirt , either because he/she:
1) Thinks it looks kinda cool (???????? )
2) Hates Che.
Who would wear an ape/skeleton-looking Che shirt if he likes Che?
Conclusion: R.Williams is mocking Che or he is just an NFI.
