The AYN is the only revolutionary youth network in the UK set up independently by young people for young people and not as a recruiting ground for some sad leftwing political party.This year's annual gathering is taking place in Birmingham where we will be discussing:
· The aims of the Network
· The organisation of the Network
· Proposed activities for the Network
Friday 20th of August is for people to arrive and get to know each other etc., then Saturday will be for meetings with more socialising and possibly videos in the evening. All young people who are opposed to the state, capitalism, patriarchy, racism and all forms of domination and who believe in direct action are welcome. There is no "official" age limit, although most of us are under about 25, so as long as you'll feel comfortable with us, come along!
The Gathering will take place in a squat which will be occupied in the week or two before the gathering, and will provide sleeping space and food.
