I just got done watching a press conference given by the Bl(a)ck Tea Society on CSPAN. Apparently they are amongst the organizing groups for the action scheduled to take place during next week's DNC in Boston. They seemed like a decent organization to me, as their FAQ claims that they can count Marxists, anarchists, and left greens as part of their membership. My question is directed at the CL members from the New York/New England area. Have any of you had any encounters with Bl(a)ck Tea, and if so, what were they like? Do they seem sincere? As I said I watched the press conference and also checked out the website, but there is not usually alot you can tell about a group from that sort of thing. Let me know what you think.
