Nope they are ultraliberalists. But they have lot's in common with some forms of anarchism claiming to be left.

"Anarcho-Capitalism" is oxymoronic, as capitalism is, in itself, inherently heirarchal (ie: Boss and Worker).

It depends on what you mean by Anarchist. All forms of anarchism are about challenging authority; however, anarcho-capitalists see government as the only illegitimate form of authority, whereas anarcho-communists recognize all forms of authority (especially the class society) as inherently corrupt and anti-human.

Anarcho-capitalists especially want to get rid of government influence on the economy, because they feel that CEOs and bank owners are the 'virtuous men of society' and deserve control more than presidents or prime ministers.

Anarcho-communists believe in gathering up all CEOs, all bank owners, all presidents and all prime ministers and eliminating them as quickly and painlessly as possible.

No!
Anarcho-capitalists only want to privatize the whole state.
