Hate Is Art

Anyone heard of these guys? They are fucking looney, they in the BNP mould but seem a lot more like the 30's era Blackshirts.
Luckily I can't see anyone joining them as they are openly nazi and fascist but they do seem to be targetting Children with comics, books, propogand etc which is very dangerous.
Would anyone say that maybe outlawing political parties who's views are openly racist and dangerous is a good idea?
No platform for Fascists?

The BNP always was a fascist party, they've just decided to clean their act up and look more appealing, come electoral time. The recent documentary has exposed the BNP for they really are. Claims of fascist supporters within the party in the past were easily rubbished by saying that the party core were unaware of such views etc. but the documentary made it clear that these views were not hidden, were commonplace and existed among the party leadership.
Would anyone say that maybe outlawing political parties who's views are openly racist and dangerous is a good idea?
A party that's racist is not necessarily fascist for starters and you cannot call for a banning on that basis alone. Can you just mass brand anyone who votes for this party as racist etc? No, because in many situations, people are merely looking for an alternative. Sometimes it's a reaction to an overstretching of services, but where certain ethnic groups are scapegoated.
Regardless of whether such parties should be banned, we should not ask, nor trust the bourgeois state to implement such plans. Fascism will always be a resort of the ruling classes and thus they can never challenge it properly, nor can they battle it on a grassroots basis. Allowing the state to do so such a thing, also sets a dangerous precedent. The job of preventing and taking any platform from fascist organisations is held by the communities, by progressive organisations and by the unions, them alone. In situations where a fascist is allowed to speak or organise, communities and the unions must mobilise their memberships and stop such activities by physical force, if necessary.* Such action can be seen in Wellington, Britain in 1993 when 50,000 people marched on the HQ of the BNP and shut it down.
*I'd argue when possible =D

Sounds like a good idea, but a better one would be to break all their legs.

It was a very crafty choice by the East German leadership to elect November 9 as the date to tear down the Wall. They chose so that November 9 can never be a German national holiday.
