I recently saw a picture of Che Guevara on another form and heard a little bit about him, my curiousity was peaked and I came looking to learn more about him and his ideology.
I'm 16 years old and I've been studying political thought/theory for about 4 years. During this time I've read works by everybody from Cicero to Marx to Locke to Lenin to van Mieses to Spooner. My political views are extremely varied, but I would describe myself as a ultra-liberatarian. (though liberatarians and right-wingers have denouced me multiple times) I am also an anarcho-capitalist.
Before you get the idea that I am a typical right-winger imperialist, please let me say a few more things. Though I am an liberatarian and an anarcho-capitalist I hold many views that would be considered 'liberal' or 'left-wing'. I am truely open to hearing new ideas and discussing them, because that is the only way to grow.
Part of the reason I am making myself known here on this board is because I would like to talk with true communists and hear them explain their ideology, because though I have read read many books on the subject it is not the same as talking with people who ascribe to that view point. I would like to learn the arguments that make up current Marxist theory so I can utilize them when talking to my friends to help broaden their knowledge and understanding.
Lastly, I want to make it clear that I am coming to this forum with capitalist and, for lack of better terminology, 'right-wing' axioms, but I am coming to learn and discuss. I will argue my view point and beliefs adimently, but I will do so respectfully.
Thanks,
Dixieboy
P.S. I believe I misspelled some words, but I could not find the 'spell check', I apologize for the misspellings.
