Capitalists sadistists?

I've done a little thinking on capitalists and conservatives... Here are my thoughts...
I know this might seem obvious for some of you, but still... I wanted to know what you are thinking.


A lot of them has avatars of skull and bones, warriors, pictures that includes satan, demons with a sickle, or famous persons pointing a gun against you who see the picture. Often mystical, occult and related to power...

Some of the nicknames are:

Threads like: "The US must burn Iran to the ground", where they talk about destroying every city in Iran.

They refuse to accept that the US or Israel are doing anything wrong.

Do you think a lot of them have been abused? I think they have a lot of anger inside of them. When I talk to them it's like they fear something, like they are in fear of denial... Most of them don't think rationally... :mellow:

Another thing is that they are against abortion, and have an immense hate for killers, rapers, and homosexuals. Killers and rapers are connected to violence and power, and a lot of times sex, too. Abortion seems at least to me a way of protecting the kid, almost like they were to protect

I read an article a few months ago, and people who were abused as kids, or didn't receive enough love and attention as a child, often ended up as capitalists and conservatives. I also think we have this egoism, it's like a survival technique.

No one has trusted or helped them before, so why would someone do it now? They see egoism as the only way of survival because that is what they are used to... I would believe that when they think of the capitalist, they think of themselves. It would be a chance for them to be respected, to have control over other people. There have been research that shows that people who have been picked on as a child, often do the same when they grow up.

Also, conservatives and capitalists can be very different things. Your parents own a restaurant, if I remember correctly? Therefore, they are very much capitalists, probably members of the bourgeois class. Are they possessed by their egos? Do they "only want control over other people"? Doubtful.

Maybe the people you spoke to online showed those traits. That's possible. But you should know that the "capitalists" you see online are vastly different from "real-life" capitalists.

These must've been some awful people you talked to, for you to become so generally angry at capitalism and capitalists all of a sudden. By the way, I should post this in your other thread, but would you want your parents shot for being capitalists and/or members of the bourgeois class? Would you really want that?

I was talking about the people who support capitalism, not one who owns a resturant. I've seen these traits in both capitalist and conservative forums. Mostly conservatives, but there is much of the same in the cappie forums.

Well I agree that some of the "cappie" forums you'll find online take it way too far. But the title implies that general capitalists (such as your parents) are sadists who were abused as children.

Capitalists..... I consider them rational people only, who know it well that socialism was unable to bring the paradise it offered. They know that capitalism works (at least in the economy and that is what matters for them) and they know that former socialist states are now way not as developed as the western countries are. But I'm a communist because I'm not rational and I still believe in people, despite the massacres and bloodsheds they've done throughout history. I still believe that once we will be able to reach communism even though our first attempt failed.

Conservatives: they are people who like to interfere in other people's lives and like to prevent them in doing what they want to do. Their ideology is based on religion in which God tells what is wrong and what is correct. They can't accept that other people want to live the way they choose.

Abortion: I'm against abortion though I'm communist and libertarian! The child is not a property of the mother, nor a part of her body, although it is linked to her! It has different DNA, it is a different person who has his rights even before he is born! Abortion is against the most essential of all rights: the right to live!

i actually have to completely disagree with you.... i know many 'sadists' in the sense that they are into the BDSM community .... people who are likely in the BDSM community are more left wing because they've felt discrimination and hatred and quite frankly mainstream capitalist society frowns upon people that are different .... which very much so includes sadists.

second of all i disagree that all sadists were abused as children. i know some who have led perfectly happy childhoods.

please don't make such generalizations... many of my top friends would be very upset by drawing a connection between bdsm and capitalism.
