It was pretty dumb if you ask me, the whole movie revolves around Jodie Foster and some girl hiding out in some room, while robbers case the house.

Insurgency was actually referring to the documentary that was made recently about Al-Jazeera. Here's a site that has a brief description of it, and no I haven't seen it yet. It looks like it's worth it, though.

I saw this movie and it is amazing, much deeper and thourough than Farenheit 9/11, but exhaustive. The grueling but necessary violence will take your breath away and make you cry. Very sad at times.

YOu CLEARLY SEE THE AIR STRIKE AGAINST AL-JUEEZAR AND OTHER MEDIA. The idea of this being done in retaliation for fire is ridiculous when you see the plane come out of the stratosphere on a clear mission and attack several buildings and fly away, that added with the prior footage of the reporter in peaceful stance on camera several moments before. A crime against journalists everywhere a war crime for which the US will stand trial for believe me. They will get it for this one, I have faith one must in such cases.

Also brillant being able to enter the media headquaters for the world press 200 MILES FROM BAGDAD, and see how the media is forced to sit like hounds around a few key military personal with scripts. Sad to see the one lietentant with a conscious who started to come around tighten back down due to pressure from above. He was really opening his mind, and Arab press members were begining to care for him as well inviting him home and giving him respect. An actual break towards actual harmony shut down by the US State Dept.

Seeing how the news is generated makes it all too clear. Way to go!

I've seen it, it was very good and I'd encourage everyone to see it. There's a lot of interesting points and observations made, for instance there's specualtion that the famous pulling down of the statue of Saddam may have been set up and filmed by the US to add credibility to their invasion and to give them a nice image to symbolise what they're trying to achive.

Yeah, you were thinking of "Panic Room", which wasn't a great movie, though I didn't hate it either.
