Look at this red-baiting from the ABB-crowd. Their utter theoretical bankruptcy has led them to scrape the bottom of the barrel - they mirror that which they most hate in Dubya.

New Evidence of Ralph Nader's Poor Judgment

Ralph Nader's choice of Peter Camejo as his vice presidential running mate offers concrete evidence that Nader's last-minute run at the presidency is wholly without merit, merely obstructionist, and serves no positive purpose.

Like Nader, Peter Camejo expresses an interest in helping people who need help. Like Nader, Mr. Camejo has demonstrated the courage to champion unpopular, yet often important, causes. Like Nader, Camejo is an intelligent and articulate debater.

But unlike Nader, Peter Camejo is a self-proclaimed revolutionary Marxist, a man who favors communist values, a man who has spent much of his life advocating the Communist Party line, including the overthrow of our government. Just punch Peter Camejo into Google and you will see some of Camejo's Marxist rants.

One such rant appears at www.angelfire.com/pr/red/revolution/contents/htm. It is a speech given by Mr. Camejo when he was running for president as the head of the Socialist Workers Party. The speech is entitled "How to Make a Revolution in the US." In part, Mr. Camejo says, "Are we going to build a revolutionary socialist vanguard that can lead a mass movement to overthrow the system? The answer is yes, we are going to do it."

Perhaps Nader and Camejo think the time is ripe for that socialist revolution. If not, perhaps they think America is so weakened by Bush neo-con atrocities that they can weaken her even further by working with the Republican Party against the candidacy of John Kerry. Numerous press reports indicate that Republicans are funding Nader. That Republicans would sink so low is but one more example of just how revolting Bush/Rove-led Republicans are.

Peter Cameo, the son of one of Venezuela's wealthiest families, has not told us why he turned to communism, or if he has abandoned his desire to overthrow our government. But having a self-professed Marxist zealot but a heartbeat from the presidency is not feasible. Mr. Nader's selection of Mr. Camejo as his running mate shows inordinate disdain for the sensibilities of the vast majority of Americans, and for our national security.

Perhaps, only Peter Camejo enough has enough skill and revolutionary fervor to run with Nader. Perhaps Nader is not familiar with Camejo's anti-democratic/pro-communist values. Even the Green Party seems to have rejected Ralph Nader. In any case, Nader's VP choice is ample proof of Nader's poor judgment and his inability to lead a nation that detests communism.

I wonder if it's Peter's The Avocado Declaration (http://www.avocadoeducationproject.org/avocado.shtml) that they think is too "radical"..

Expecially this part...
For over 130 years the two major parties have been extremely effective in preventing the emergence of any mass political formations that could challenge their political monopoly.

A heart beat from the presidency? Not really, but too bad.

God damnit, imagine what California would be like if he had won during the recall elections. How come we never heard of this Communist hype then?

Whatever the outcome, this may be the funniest damn election in American history.

Not a single one of these rich bastards has so much as a nanogram of integrity.

Every one of them is totally contemptable!

Don't get any fairy-tale ideas about Camejo one of his recent major writings is about making capitalism nicer with Moral Investments, not in those words, but it is just dead-end stuff.

Oh.. don't get me wrong brother, I have no such delusions.. nor any intention of voting for any of them.

I totally agree with RedStar2000's post here... with the exception that I kind of think that the words "integrity" and "American Politics" don't really go together..

Yeah thats pretty lame that some liberals are slinging around accusations about Camejo, but then again thats US politics for ya, but don't get dilusioned though, Camejo is far from being a Marxist and he's teamed up with a guy who accepts campaign contributions from pro-life groups, and the Republican National Committee, there is no hope.
