in the USA over the last 30 years 200,000 workers have died in workplace accidents - works out to something around 6,000 a year (so i've been told). but what surprising is that only 11 cases ever been convinced on criminal negligence.

this has been a break through with the notorious Tyler pipe of the McWane Industries Inc. its notorious for bad working condition with have killed many for the sake of productivity, profit being worth a lot more then human life. the question i have do you think they will find Tyler pipe guilty of criminal negligence?
