What is a "cwt" or a "quarter" of corn? I don't understand the measurements...
Why do you have an apochyphal signature? It's pointless isn't it?

Try a google search on "British + weights + measures"...before the metric system really caught on, the British had a different set of weights and measures for each commodity.
A "firkin" of beer, for example. :lol:
