So, are there any ideals that you have that are agreeable with your opponents on the other side of the political spectum? We probably all believe in freedom (the problem is: the freedom of what?), other than that is there anything else that you can come to an agreement with with the other side?

The other side? ... strange ... this one, ahhh but its the old opposing camps rhethoric I suppose,Im here and youre there ... what?you dislike strawberries?then you must stand over there ... whats this? you feel that a womans place is in the home? then you do not belong here, etc, etc, etc.

I look about me and see a world filled with people,be they of varying skin-tones and dialects, still they are all people and the same holds true regardless what they may belief or espouse.

The world is not made up of saints and sinners, for anyone of us can be either in the blink of an eye based upon the situation at hand and whom is casting the judgement.

There are fundamental elements which permeate all,as with the base necessities such as food, drink, clothing and shelter, this is equally true in regards of emotional needs as well, the idea of amor,of love, the impulsive yearning to love and be loved, these are the foundation of all human experience, and ... at the end of the day all flows from and returns to this basic need to feel the warmth of anothers body, for afterall we are sexual animals regardless what the prudish and self-righteous may claim.

Common ground?
We're all carbon-based life-forms
We're all stuck on the same rock
We all think we are 'right'
We all think the opposition are crazy

There's doubtless more

Many capitalists are just as atheist as I am, if not more so.

I'm starting to believe that my our only common ground may just be that I don't like DaCuBaN any more than they do :P

Just kidding :)

Common ground? No!

And it was foolish to believe that there ever could.
