Fun with Scanners!

I had no film and was doing it poor but wanted to take some kind of photos so I started using my scanner, have a go and put your own up.

Here is a self portrait, not too easy to do competently on a scanner.

that is so cool. I'd try some shit like that but my scanner is fucking slow to get the images onto my computer.

Here is one of a friend, very simple effect he stayed still for 80% of the scan then pulled away creating the evil looking blur.

Wow, Floyd, that surely is a new form of art. Your friend made a good decision to pull away because it really made agood effect on the picture.

Too bad my scanner is not working this time :(

lol&#33; i agree, they say putting a little mobile phone to your ear could give you cancer, so i&#39;m sure sticking your head into a scanner isnt the greatest of ideas lol :D

It doesn&#39;t have to be your head it could be an arrangement of toys, flowers, books, clothing, material or anything. Remember though that most scanners only have a depth of field of about 5 centimetres. It&#39;s the same principle as a photocopy on in colour. It&#39;s also completely healthy I checked it out.
