Communism is where everyone pays no taxes but is payed 1/4 of a regular bill, everyone is payed the same and is told where to live (broken down from alagharcy)
Democracy is where the people of a nation make most of the goverments choices by there actions and votes.
Socolism is a goverment style where the civilians own most of the organizations and make most of the decisions.

[QUOTE]Democracy is where the people of a nation make most of the goverments choices by there actions and votes.
Actually, the definition of democracy is a system of government, in which the people have total control and the government can place no restrictions upon society. Of corse, no such system exist, that is why I got *****ed at when I refered to the US as a democracy in a paper I wrote for a comparitive governments class. The correct term for the system of government of the US is a republic.

First of all, you have to learn how to differentiate between an economic and a political system.
Socialism is an economic system, for example. On the other hand, a democracy is a political system. Communism is a combination of both socialism and democracy. In its final stage, under communism, there is no real political system because there's no longer a need for it. This is, of course, simplified to the extreme, but that's a basic idea.
Communism is where everyone pays no taxes but is payed 1/4 of a regular bill, everyone is payed the same and is told where to live (broken down from alagharcy)
How did you figure this? I'm sure there is some flexibility in choosing a place to live under communism, first of all. Secondly, what does it mean to be paid "1/4 of a regular bill"? There aren't any "bills" under communism, and really, no money. The idea of "taxes" exists, but really is non-existent as "taxes" are invisible....basically, instead of owning a house that would be worth $500,000 today, with taxes paid on it annually, you'll instead own a has that is worth $400,000. That's not 100% accurate, but it should give you an idea.
