Hopefully you all, like me, will and are shocked and very pissed at these new mesures being taken today in the United States to impose new and much harsher restrictions on the island of Cuba !

It's an inhumane decision that has been brought forth and it will in NO WAY help the people of Cuba...

I Implore to you all, lets find solutions to end these drastic mesures that defy logic and human decency...

Lets fight these capitalist mongers and their single minded unilateral decisions on this issue...

I've written to the consulate of the United States of my country to try and bring about reflections on the impacts these mesures will have... I doubt it will do anything at all...

Help me find new and more concrete solutions to make our points heard and let Cuba be....

Hasta La VICTORIA Siempre !

well, here's an article from the BBC, so the information is pretty available through the mainstream.

It's just the usual fare, more trade embargo's in the hopes of making communism look bad by making it impossible for a communist state thrive. We've put every possible obstacle to success in Castro's path since he came to power. But we can always do a little more :D

This just a ploy aimed at securing the vote from the "Miami Mafia"

The Bush administration has ruled that Cuban-Americans can only go home once every three years instead of every year.

When they get there, they will only be allowed to spend $50 a day, down from $167.

Should they even be allowed to impose these restictions on people?
They are just wrong and, dare I say it, evil.

The US is very scared....Iraq might go bad, and more people might rebel, Venezuela might become a big problem for them...oil...and weakening Cuba even more might make things easier for them.

They don't, and there is no justification for what they're doing. For too long has the U.S. been able to get away with murdering so many Cuban's, while trying to blame it all on Fidel Castro. It's just another example of how cruel it is towards people. Not letting Cubans travel back to Cuba to visit relatives is very evil.

Capitalists would say "The US is free to place an embargo on whoever they want...they could palce one of Luxemburg tomorrow if they wanted to"

Bla...hypocrits, this is all fear, they are still scared that things in their "backyard" might go very wrong.
