Mr. Sharon: Who's responsible? - Root of the Mid-East Crisis

Regarding the recent events in the Middle East, it is a pity that so many innocent civilians are losing their lives at the hands of the Israeli Army and the Palestinian terrorists. It is the US and its allies that have promoted teerorism around the world. It is because of them that a ruthless dictator like Saddam Hussein has gained popularity in Palestine. The Palestinian people have been pushed to their limit of patience. The Israeli aggression is turning out to be a genocide. The US has always sponsored terrorism, be it in Afghanistan or the Middle East. When the situation had been jeopardised, they had secured themselves the chance to say that "Look, we are affected. Now we have to go after the terrorists."
When people in the strrets of Palestine rejoiced after the events of Sept. 11, didn't one think why should they support such a barbaric act?
The fact is that they had received the same inhuman treatment from the Israeli authorities. It is natural that in such situations,terrorists would emerge and target the innocent citizens of Israel.

The people of Israel are killing innocent children in the unpaved rubble of refugee camps in Jenin every day. All you can see is the round-up of young men, all you can hear is the anguish cry of children as they are running from the bombing and shooting from Israeli tanks. Mr. Sharon, who uses his US taxpayers military weapons as destruction on innocent Palestinians who can't even reach the hospitals because of Israeli barricades. Israel says they are defending themselves yet how would YOU feel if someone forced you out of your home into a refugee camp that resembes a shantytown? Think, read, and be obejective before you speak. I am not Arab, Muslim. I am Latin American who believed at FIRST that the Israelis were defending themselves but they turned it into a genocide that too eerily resembles the arrogance of this country when we pushed the innocent Native Americans into reservations.
Israelis are repeating what Hitler did to them in WWII. I think it is wise to learn from the past as it is too easily repeatable.
