The present mayor.. "Bloomberg" well I haven't thought much about him personaly mostly because his voice makes me feal like I'm in a three hour board meeting... fucking milionare with too much free time... decides to be mayor for awile... that's all he is...

But heck... today they have mentioned that Bloomberg smoked pot once in his life... Oh my... is New York gong to be a hell bounded city now? (like it ever wasn't... )

seriously I want to ask you... how can a person become a mayor of a city... admit to smoking an illegal drug... and continue to support a war against that illegal drug?

Yeah, Bloombergh will probably take his millions and sue NORML for launching that million-dollar decriminalization campaign in his namel- or else pull some strings and get an injunction to stop it. He not only admitted to smoking it, he said he liked it too.. Same with Pataki too.

Well, I am all for decriminalization, and I'm also for elected public officials relinquishing their assets and going on the payroll at minimum wage and start acting like the public servants they claim to be. Fuckers!

personally I think smoking pot and then being anti-drug is better than never smoking it at all. Now he can at least say its bad cause he learned that the hard way. it gives him street credibility

i agree cauthen. I think everyone especcialy mayors should have some experiance with soft drugs.(not heroin or opium)so they know its the best the legalize it!

I hadn't heard about this, but that's awfully pathetic. And quite the contradiction. How would he have liked it if the cops came busting down the door the day he smoked it?

But then again the war on 'drugs' simply boils down to a war on the poor and minorities, and if you're both, ah shit, you're just fucked!.

I have always taken the line that I own my body, not the government. Who is to say what I can or cannot do with my own body? Therefore I will do as I please with it. And I do ;-)
