This is pulled off of http://english.sovmusic.ru/ and translated using http://www.worldlingo.com so my apologies if it hasn't come out as it was intended.
This is apparently the 'Moral Codex of the Communism Builder'.
1. Devotion to communist cause, love for the socialist native land, to the socialist countries
2. Honest labor for the good of the society: who does not work, that does not eat
3. Concern of each about retention and multiplication of the public
property
4. High consciousness of public debt, intolerance to the disturbances of the public interests
5. Collectivism and the comradely mutual aid: each for all, everything for one
6. Humane relations and the mutual respect between the people: man to man friend, comrade and the brother
7. Honesty and truthfulness, moral cleanliness, simplicity and modesty in the public and personal life
8. The mutual respect in the family the concern about training of the
children
9. Irreconcilability to the injustice, to sponging, dishonesty, to self-seeking, to the money grubbing
10. Friendship and the brotherhood of all peoples OF THE USSR, intolerance to the national and racial hostility
11. Intolerance to the enemies of communism, the cause of peace and freedom of the peoples
12. Fraternal solidarity with the workers of all countries, with all peoples
So what do you think? Personally there's not a damn thing I'd see changed...

1. Devotion to communist cause, love for the socialist native land, to the socialist countries
Devotion to the commiunist cause, fine. Love for socialist native lands and countries? Sounds fascist to me.
2. Honest labor for the good of the society: who does not work, that does not eat
Agreed entirely.
3. Concern of each about retention and multiplication of the public
property
I think it's meant to mean 'maintainance and construction' of public property, in which case I agree.
4. High consciousness of public debt, intolerance to the disturbances of the public interests
Agreed
5. Collectivism and the comradely mutual aid: each for all, everything for one
Agreed
6. Humane relations and the mutual respect between the people: man to man friend, comrade and the brother
Agreed
7. Honesty and truthfulness, moral cleanliness, simplicity and modesty in the public and personal life
Disagree, at least in part. Honesty and truthfulness are fine, but 'simplicity and modesty' is too Christian a sentiment.
And moral cleanliness? what the hell is that?
8. The mutual respect in the family the concern about training of the
children
Agreed! Children need an upbringing free of philosophical and theological clutter.
9. Irreconcilability to the injustice, to sponging, dishonesty, to self-seeking, to the money grubbing
Agreed!
10. Friendship and the brotherhood of all peoples OF THE USSR, intolerance to the national and racial hostility
Agreed.
11. Intolerance to the enemies of communism, the cause of peace and freedom of the peoples
Agreed!
12. Fraternal solidarity with the workers of all countries, with all peoples
Agreed!
All in all, not bad, but needs a little updating.

Devotion to cause? Yes. Love of the land? A bit nationalistic.

Partially disagree. Those who cannot work, ie the disabled, shouldn't be shunned by society just because they can't carry out manual labour.
("Moral Codex of the Communism Builder")Concern of each about retention and multiplication of the public property
Based on NX's translation, agreed.
("Moral Codex of the Communism Builder")High consciousness of public debt, intolerance to the disturbances of the public interests
Not totally sure what this one means.
("Moral Codex of the Communism Builder")Collectivism and the comradely mutual aid: each for all, everything for one
Naturally.
("Moral Codex of the Communism Builder")Humane relations and the mutual respect between the people: man to man friend, comrade and the brother
Of course!
("Moral Codex of the Communism Builder")Honesty and truthfulness, moral cleanliness, simplicity and modesty in the public and personal life
I'm going to interpret "simplicity and modesty" as meaning no excesses, like Caligula style orgies or riches, in life. A good idea.
As for moral cleanliness, I don't agree that there is a set morality for all to follow.
("Moral Codex of the Communism Builder")The mutual respect in the family the concern about training of the children
"Training"? I'm going to interpret that as "education". Indocrination, political or not, is too fascist for my liking.
("Moral Codex of the Communism Builder")Irreconcilability to the injustice, to sponging, dishonesty, to self-seeking, to the money grubbing
("Moral Codex of the Communism Builder")Friendship and the brotherhood of all peoples OF THE USSR, intolerance to the national and racial hostility
Changing "USSR" to "world", agree entirely.
"Moral Codex of the Communism Builder"@
Intolerance to the enemies of communism, the cause of peace and freedom of the peoples
I don't fully understand the second half of the sentence, but intolerance for enemies of communism? Chuck them in the gaols after the revolution.
"Moral Codex of the Communism Builder"
Fraternal solidarity with the workers of all countries, with all peoples
I thought this one was a given ;)
