German label Mad Butcher Records are releasing a Redskins live CD (cat no. MBR 093). This CD is advertised as been recorded at the Central London Poly during the Kick Over Apartheid Tour. However, I'm pretty sure it's a reissue of the Dojo CD which came out in 1994 and was recorded at various gigs during 1985-86.

I found out off the redskins bassist that most of the tracks on the live CD are from the Central London Poly gig during the Kick Over Apartheid Tour as these were recorded on a mobile studio and are the best recordings of the band.

It's a shame that they couldn't issue the full London Poly gig as Jerry Dammers (The Specials) played on a few songs with the Redskins which are great. But Dojo Records who first released the live album never returned the master tape of this gig.
