From archive.org (http://www.archive.org/movies/movieslisting-browse.php?collection=prelinger)

Heaps of old '50s and '60s footage, on a variety of topics from "Duck and Cover" to "What You Should Know About Biological Warfare"

Search for "Cold War" for most of the good stuff.

What I especially loved in the "Duck and Cover" one is when the narrator says "We must get ready for it, just as we are ready for many other dangers that are around us all the time" and then the camera lingers on the lone black boy on the room. A subtle nod to the filmmaker's hatred of desegregation?

And then there is, of course, the ludicracy that curling up into the fœtal position will protect you against radiation.
