I am from Canada, and this morning as I was reading the Globe & Mail, I came across an interesting article, it concerned the embargo of the US and Cuba, and an incident in which a Canadian salesman and a couple of his cohorts face up to three years in jail. Short story: The company sells water purification equipment, they expanded into the states, and thought it was still okay to deal with Cuba, while in operation, they were nailed by whatever foreign trade watchdog? The three face up to 3 years and extremely high fines, in the mean time they are required to wear electonic anklets that monitor there activity, so they dont go run off, I guess something of a white collar leash, anyways, the Canadians should have had some kind of clue that they were going to ruffle a few feathers, but what is the deal with the US embargo, where is it going?? what is Jimmy Carter's plan on going to meet with Fidel?? Do you think that the US will open the trade doors to Cuba??
