Cuba, North Korea, and Vietnam

just wondering..do these countries work together at all or consider eachother allies? I think a week or so ago North Korea sent a message of solidarity to Cuba...

I think North Korea could use as many allies as they can get, although you never know with Kim Jong Il running things, he may very well feel completely isolating themselves from the rest of the world won't hurt them.
