Cuba...education and mdecial bla

Ok..Cuba is known to send doctors over the world and having a free and good education system...however, I cant find the proof I read it here one, but you guys have like a linkor article about that?

i have no link but the fact that lived in cuba 3 years ago i can asuure you that they do send doctors to Venezuela, that the education is good but the conditions are horrible, but yes they do send doctors to other countries and recive students to offer them a free scholarship so that they can graduate as doctors.
