I've seen that before.

It's kinda true though, it's just that they're trying to use it as "Communism is evil, so don't download MP3s" However it could be used as "You like MP3s? Well that's communism is for you."

Surely, it is a parody. Wouldn't mind a poster copy. Sums the ludicrous level that the "Red Menace" attained during the Cold War. Would work well also if it was transformed into an animated gif. for someones avatar!
