Once in power, the Bush administration has used various means to pursue its ultimate goal: the collapse of the regime in Pyongyang.
That hardly surprises me. :(

It is a bad vs bad situation, I would be happy if it wasn't for the helpless people who might get caught between the two if they clash.

That does sound interesting. I think what will happen in the long-term will be that the DPRK becomes more friendly towards the U.S. although that does not resolve the issue of the DPRK's development of nuclear weapons. I think the DPRK will develop nukes and that the U.S. will accept that since the DPRK will no longer be seen as a threat.

Whatever happens, the u$ would never stand any chance of ever being able to invade the DPRK, they will either try and starve the country or just forget about them.

I agree with Chairman Mao on this issue. Either the US is going to force him out, or they will just accept the DPRK and move it out of mainstream media, etc., other than to bash it's human rights record.
