I can't believe the Dominican president actually sent troops over there. There is a rampant economic crisis that has DR by the balls and that jack-off decides to send troops to show is "solidarity" with the fight against "terrorism". I think he was just following Spain's lead and look what happened to Spain. Its interesting that once Spain pulled out is troops, Dominican troops weren't far behind.
