Sorry to be the little teenage boy that doesn't know much, but could someone please enlighten me as to what the whole enron ordeal was?

I think enron fudged their accounting books to show profits when
they were actually not making any.

In their own words they called it creative accounting.

Also I think the top managment sold their enron stock at its peak
cause they knew about the malpractices.

Also its business deals in many countries were not very ethical
theyused bribes etc to win contracts.
