I've put a mp3 up of my bands cover of the Redskins "Keep On Keepin' On" on Soundclick.com
The speech at the start is by Durham miner Norman Strike who appeared with the Redskins on The Tube. Anyway if you want to hear it just click on the following link (for some reason only the lo-fi play works at the moment). -

That's pretty good, man!
What do you play in that band?

That was really quite good. You guys sound very talented. I'd get a new vocalist, however.
I'd pay more attention to the bass line, but unfortuantely my computer's only hooked up to a pair of shitty computer speakers with zero bass.

It's the same speech Norman Strike made on The Tube with the Redskins during the miners strike back in 1984. But at the time no one heard him as his mike was cut off. There was a picture of Norman Strike in May's issue of Mojo magazine (page 83).

Great song Keep On Keepin' On, I really like it. Normally I go for your heavy metal etc, but this song has such a damn catchy line. Keep it going, mate.

But slap your vocalist, he sings through his nose, and it sounds odd. Though better than many bands I can think of.

If you ever release some more stuff give us a call, and I'll check it out. Hell if you ever release any then I'll but it as well.

I couldn't get the song to load up on my computer for some reason.

I will say this though if you enjoyed it you really should checkout the Redskins, one of the great underated bands. Seriously you won't be disappointed.

Okay I downloaded it and I like it. The vocals aren't that bad, give the bastard a break.

Good Job Bazaa

"60's Song" is probably the best of the lot. It was recorded on the day we split up.
