Alienation

Alienation
you feel so happy alienated
you think of yourself as segregated
not part of the working poor
you think your much more
think your in a middle class mansion
because you have a house in Brampton
you love this so called democracy
petty-bourgeois or part of the labour aristocracy
but then you lose it all or someone close to you
and you realize what they said is true
you thought Marxism is extreme
and now suddenly it's all serene
you were apathetic and apolitical for so long
any rational thought was pretty much gone
drowned in a sea of sports and weather
you feel worse now, not better
you now know that ignorance is truly bliss
you now know what the class struggle is.
