There is not usually a hammer and sickle on the red armband, it is just plain red. It is best to wear it on your left-arm simply because of the leftist nature of communism.

Just out of interest, where do you intend to find a red armband?

Lots of people in RYN/YL wear red armbands.

Generally on the Left arm.

I wear plain red myself, but my wife has a hammer and sickle on hers.

Go to any fabric store, get red stretchy fabric, cut the size, and sow it. Pretty simple.

We were giving them out for free at the last demo.
