Mystery Flag

I have seen this flag around, one place i have deifnatley seen it is on the madonna video "american life" where she is stood in front of many, many flags (which i found a list of all the ones she was stood in front of and trauled through on google image search to no avail). This poorly drawn pic which i have done is as i remember it, the spikey "sickle" thing, crossed with some sort of machine gun. I think i am correct in saying its on a red background. Its driving me crazy and people are not believing it exisits. Maybe someone has the madonna video and if so can take a screenshot of it for me if nothing else? Any help would be much appreciated!

I've tracked the flag down and its origin.

Its the flag of The Former Hispanic Republic of Chibutti and your graphical representation wasn't far off at all.
