The case of Kelsey Patterson, mentally ill man facing execution
I think those inbred fucks just killed this poor man, Hampton

Because there is no one better.
I would generally have to agree. I think there is a new book out which seeks to psychoanalyze the man, and the author is a fucking genius (he used words I couldn't even think about using in a sentence, like Afro-Oedipalism) who conducted an excellent interview on NPR.

Booker T and the MGs!
They backed Otis Redding at Monterey. That was awesome. The also did some work with Albert King (on Born Under a Bad Sign) and one of the members backed Al Green. Apparently, they did a couple of live shows with the Chambers Brothers as well, but I haven't verified this. I would kill an entire convent to get my hands on this stuff, though.

I like Marvin Gaye. He's possibly over rated just a little bit, though, don't you think? He was into all the religious jargon and such, that was kind of a turn off for me.

I Heard it Through the Grapevine is just incredible, though. As is everything on the What's Going On? album. Except the religious lyrics.

Can he be compared to James Brown? I like the funkier stuff more, eh?

Indeed, Governor Rick Perry has sex with his sister and is bastard seed of his mom and uncle, who's really his father. That's the only thing I would think that would make him push aside the 5-1 vote by the Board of Parole and execute him. Fucking asswipe.

I think there is a new book out

This one?

His books on Tupac and Malcolm are golden, hope this one is the same.

It's not even democratic "execution" at this point. It is nothing more than killing people behind a facade of Justice. Of course, wasn't it always?

Anyway, I am definately going to have to check that book out. He sounded like an interesting guy himself on the radio interview. I didn't know, for example, that Marvin's dad was a transvestite.
