-- He billed US Army with more than $100,000 for a T-1 Internet line saying it was for communications with US forces in Bosnia, while using it to run an adult site called Blue Sky. He even ordered computer hardware for the same cause once again billing the Army.
-- Later on he resold the parts to an electronics company owned by his brother. The estimated total loss to the government is more than $300,000.
