Ive just started lookinginto this conflict, and I find it amazing, anyone know any good sites or anything so I can do more research? I personally like Isreal, and I know lotsa people think that they are "evil" and all that stuff but love em or hate em, the Isrealis are some good fighters.

I think a very good book on nearly all topics concerning Middle Eastern history is Arabs and Israel for Beginners (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0863161618/103-4848386-1371029?v=glance).

But i suppose since you like Israel you would prefer a book where the information printed is more controlled so that it seems Israel is an innocent country that only attacks Arabs in reaction to previous attacks.
