People have different theories on where the revolution should happen and how it should. Taking those into account, I thought for a second about this and said to myself, what if instead of just what Marx or Lenin's theories on revolution are, we consider that we live in different countries where things are different, and maybe they require attention in those aspects to bring about change. Maybe Lenin's vanguard movement would be better for someplaces then others because not all places are the same. But im not to sure on this because I feel hesitant on the idea.
What do you think?

Quite true, in my opinion.

In a third world country with a negligible working class and a huge preponderance of peasants, Maoism "makes sense"...it "works".

In a "middle-rank" country where the proletariat exists but the peasantry is still a substantial majority, "classical" Leninism might well "work"...as it did in European Russia.

Neither of those strategies will result in communism, of course. The material conditions there posit that their "next stage" is modern capitalism.

In the advanced capitalist countries, neither Maoism nor classical Leninism has ever amounted to much...we need a new approach that would involve raising the communist alternative.

Tough job!

Wow man, what a thinker. I apprieciate that a real lot. You unorthodox bastard! :)

I like your idea. It pissed me off that any thing would be allowed to result in capitalism, becasue I dont think the world has so much time left to monkey around with it.
