Chinese entreprenuers in the communist party

I heard on the news the chinese communist party wants to let entreprenuers join the party.
Doesn't this go against communist policies?

China's never been communist, and they stopped being socialist, if they ever were, a long time ago.

The chinese "communist" party is actually moving towards being a "social democratic" party like labour. They are not communist in anything but name.
