We have been discussing some reforms to make CL a better place, please discuss. What does everyone think of them?
Article 1
The Che-Lives Forum is a socialist forum of the whole people, expressing the will and interests of the workers, peasants, and intelligentsia, the working people of all the nations and nationalities of the world.
Article 2
(1) All power on Che-Lives belongs to the people.
(2) The people exercise power through forum councils, which constitute the foundation of the Che-Lives forum.
(3) All other forum bodies are under the control of, and accountable to, the forum councils
Article 3
Che-Lives is organized and functions on the principle of democratic centralism, namely the electiveness of all bodies of forum authority from the lowest to the highest, their accountability to the people, and the obligation of lower bodies to observe the decisions of higher ones. Democratic centralism combines central leadership with sub forum initiative and creative activity and with the responsibility of the each forum body and moderator for the work entrusted to them.
Article 4
(1) Che-Lives and all its bodies function on the basis of socialist principles, ensure the maintenance of ordered and constructive debates, and safeguard the interests of the forum and the rights and freedoms of forumers
(2) Forum organizations, forum groupings and moderators shall observe the Constitution of the Che-Lives and its terms.
Article 5
Major matters of the Forum shall be submitted to open discussion for all members and put to a popular vote (referendum).
Article 6
(1) The leading and guiding force of the Che-Lives community and the nucleus of its political system, of all forum bodies and public organizations, is the Commie Club. The CC exists for the forum and serves the forumers.
(2) The CC, armed with Marxist/Anarchist ideology, determines the general perspectives of the development of society and the course of the home and foreign policy of the Che Lives forum, directs the great constructive work of the forumers, and imparts a planned, systematic and theoretically substantiated character to their struggle for the victory of communism.
Article 8
(1) Work collectives take part in discussing and deciding forum affairs, in planning production and social development, in training and placing personnel, and in discussing and deciding matters pertaining to the management of enterprises and institutions, and the use of funds allocated both for developing production and for social and cultural purposes and financial incentives.
(2) Work collectives promote socialist emulation, the spread of progressive methods of work, and the strengthening of production discipline, educate their members in the spirit of communist/anarchist morality, and strive to enhance their political consciousness and raise their cultural level and skills and qualifications.

9: A new forum called Che-Lives Congress, It Is Open to all members. It is used for the voting of all Admins and Mods.
9a: We demand all Mods and Admins to be re-callable. If over 2/3 of CL Congress vote for them to be removed then they shall be.
9b: Removal of all Apolitical and Unactive Mods and Admins
9c: Malte to be declared as Admin for Life, we respect the fact that it is his forum and he has a very lage say in how it is run.
