These pics were used in the Swedish movie 'Il Sacrificio', which tries to divulge into the murder of Che, it does so quite accurately. The beginning starts off with a wicked speech by Che talking about the threat of American Imperialism, and the plight of the working class, whose labour has been exploited.
Anyway, this is a screen of the pics shown of Che as a businessman, in 1966. I dunno about u, but he looks verrry old in the pic, seeing how he'd only be 38 years old...meh.

I've seen these before. This was a very good disguise.

These were Che’s passport photos while incognito ,clearly, dressed any looking very much like a…I think "Paraguayan" bureaucrat…trying to get into to Bolivia and as we know he was successful in doing so…great work Che.

in the book 'The African Dream', (che's diaries from Bolivia and the Congo) there's a pic of Che cleanly shaven and short haired, but still in military attire. Reminds me of an old US top Military official, lol.
But yeah, this pic looks nothing like him.

I see some characteristics too, but that doesn't look anything like Che... Are you sure they are real pictures?

No, he was trying, and succeeded, to get into Bolivia. As "Adolfo Mena Gonzalez." They plucked out some of his hair to give the impression of balding. It is very much Ernesto Guevara in those pictures.

Wow! I'd never seen those before! That's quite amazing. You can tell it is him if you look closely though. Still, its quite incredible. :o

Allegedly after first adopting that disguise Che sat in at a party meeting in Cuba. Nobody realised it was him until Castro introduced him right at the end of the meeting...

If he had hair he'd look good without the beard and with glasses.
