I'm not a fan of World Bank policies, but here is an interesting table of poverty statistics by country:

I think Gates owns Peru, Columbia, and most of Seattle. He has a nice little empire going. I would find it very funny is someone decided to shoot him or if a pretzil attacked him, too.
