i was trying to enter to this link and i kept getting a "forbidden" message and something written in german.was it any kind of censorship or just my connection playing games on me?

It was because the cgi limit that is set by the hosting provider was reached. The provider only allows a certain level of server processor power for cgi scripts (the community software is based on cgi), and the limit was reached. I guess there were just too many simultaneous users. I'll look for a new hoster because the amount of simultaneous users will probaply be even more in the future.
